Class-d reserves the right to cancel orders and/or make goods available to other customers if payment is overdue.
Postage and packaging costs are clearly shown on all our listings, packaging and all associated costs. Orders for multiple items can usually be combined for discounted postage but please contact us to confirm costs BEFORE purchasing.
Class-d is VAT registered and all our prices “include” VAT.
We accept PayPal payment service in online auctions! Payment via Credit Card is preferred.
Customers wishing to pay via Credit Card or Debit Card do not need an account to pay via PayPal.
We are able to accept the following forms of payment:
Postal Payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP), drawn against a UK bank account or Post Office and made payable to "Class-d Limited". Payments via methods other than PayPal or Credit Card require a minimum of seven days for processing and clearing.
We welcome international orders from customers outside the UK.
Class-d aim to dispatch all orders within seven working days of receiving your order and cleared payment.
Royal Mail or Airmail
United Kingdom orders sent via Royal Mail usually arrive within three working days to most UK mainland addresses. Royal Mail is not a guaranteed service so does not provide tracking or guaranteed delivery times and may take longer to be delivered.
Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery as Royal Mail will not investigate claims for delayed or missing post within this time.
International orders sent via Airmail usually arrive in the destination country within a few days but additional time should be allowed for customs clearance and handling by local carriers. Typical delivery times are approximately one week within Europe and two weeks for most other countries. Airmail is not a guaranteed service so does not offer tracking or guaranteed delivery times and may take longer to be delivered. Please allow up to 25 working days for delivery as Royal Mail will not investigate claims for delayed or missing post within this time.
We are unable to trace or investigate delayed or missing orders within the times shown above unless the optional Insurance is taken when the order is placed. Compensation for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit may be subject to a claim against the carrier.
Some deliveries and large or heavy orders over 2KG are sent using a courier service.
United Kingdom courier pricing is valid for delivery to UK mainland addresses only.
Please contact us with your Post Code for a quote for delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands and all other non-mainland addresses.
Please verify the delivery address and telephone number on your eBay account and advise us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if either is missing or incorrect this could delay delivery of your order.
Someone will need to be available at the address given to accept and sign for delivery.
If you are unable to inspect goods before signing please write "UNCHECKED" when signing for your parcel. In the event of a problem with delivery please contact us via e-mail or phone (01623 654080) as quickly as possible; our ability to track the delivery and claims for compensation for damaged, delayed or missing goods may be affected unless we are notified within 10 days of dispatch.
If the carrier is unable to deliver or contact you via telephone they will usually return the parcel to a local depot for collection.
Parcels returned to us undelivered/uncollected may incur a re-delivery charge.
Collections from Class-d are by appointment only. (01623 654080) Customers who prefer to collect large/heavy items over 25KG or orders over £150 may be able do so by prior arrangement.
14 DAY "NO QUIBBLE" RETURNS POLICY

Please verify suitability/compatibility and read the item description, payment details and the Terms & Conditions before ordering. If you wish to return an item please contact us via email within seven days for return instructions. Items must be returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging and in "as new" condition. Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs for returned goods unless sent in error.
Class-d liability shall not exceed the replacement value of the item purchased.
